CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, at least 48 hours (2 days) notice is required for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made within the 48 hour window of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit as a late cancellation fee. Missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or failure to communicate the need to cancel or reschedule will be charged the full price of the scheduled service, with the deposit applied toward this amount and the remaining balance charged to the card on file. Appointments booked using a gift card that are missed without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the entire gift card amount, which cannot be reused at any time. As a small business, every appointment truly matters. Sorry for any inconvenience, however it is a major inconvenience when people forget their appointment or decide other things came up at the last minute. I try to keep you informed with lots of reminders and hopefully that helps! **I do take into consideration small emergencies or sickness, but please use integrity and honor the time of a small business owner like myself :)
